Custom research & prospecting workflows

Your market.
Your criteria.
Your way of working.

Turn property data, company research and the relationships you already have into something useful.

A buyer’s shortlist. A realtor’s follow-up queue. A prospecting call sheet. A thoughtful introduction. We build the workflow around your business—and deliver the output where you work.

Explore local examples below. The live property sandbox is a separate demonstration.

The output is the point

Less assembly.
More prepared conversations.

Open a guide for workflow ideas, useful outputs and the choices we can tailor to you.

Local & metro agents

Build a working day around your clients, neighborhoods and team. A solo coastal agent might need a relationship desk; a metro team might need consistent intake and clear ownership of every next step.

A daily follow-up desk

Bring together past-client notes, inquiries and promised callbacks. Get a prioritized queue with the reason for each task, the person responsible and a draft note to review.

Buyer and seller client packs

Combine client preferences, permitted property records and your local knowledge into property comparisons, meeting briefs or draft neighborhood updates in your voice.

Intake and team routing

Organize inquiries from your existing sources, flag possible duplicates and route work by territory or specialty. Scope the handoff into the CRM or board your team uses.

Make it yours: towns and neighborhoods, buyer criteria, team assignments, follow-up timing, brand voice and delivery format. Start with your contact export, inquiry sources or current daily checklist.

Custom build possibilities. Data access, client preferences and any CRM connection are confirmed during scoping.

Investors & deal teams

Turn your investment criteria and incoming opportunities into a consistent screening and diligence process, from a single buyer's shortlist to a team's acquisition queue.

A buy-box shortlist

Filter supplied or sourced properties by your asset type, geography, price and other agreed criteria. See why each property fits, misses the rules or needs more information.

A deal comparison packet

Bring property facts, ownership research, comparable evidence and explicit cost assumptions into one review. Include scenario calculations and a diligence checklist where useful.

A shared acquisition queue

Keep sourcing notes, review decisions, next actions and responsibility with each candidate. Scope refresh rules and a spreadsheet, dashboard or CRM destination.

Make it yours: buy box, property types, deal stages, exclusion rules, financial assumptions, reviewer roles and output format. Start with a few example properties and the decisions your team makes today.

Custom build possibilities. Criteria matches support screening; they do not establish availability, valuation or a return. Required source fields are checked for the selected market.

Prospectors

Start with a target profile, a property list or a stack of prospect cards. Build a repeatable path from scattered research to a prepared conversation.

A focused research list

Clean and deduplicate your records, apply your target criteria and fill useful gaps from appropriate property or business sources. Keep source dates and reasons for inclusion.

A printable call sheet

Package the property or company, relevant contact role, recent context and questions to ask into a one-page brief. Keep unresolved facts visible before the conversation.

A refreshed prospect queue

Scope scheduled checks for stale or missing fields, priority rules and draft preparation. Deliver the next batch to a spreadsheet, board or CRM review queue.

Make it yours: territory, asset or business profile, roles to research, source order, exclusions, refresh frequency and research budget. Start with the list or board you already use.

Custom build possibilities. A found contact does not establish ownership or permission to contact them. Message delivery is a separate integration.

Relationship builders

If your business starts with knowing who can help, organize that knowledge into useful introductions and reliable follow-through. Build around relationships you supply, from past clients and referral partners to local service providers.

A who-needs-what board

Organize explicit requests, specialties, markets and known relationships. Surface possible connections with a clear reason and the context that supports the suggestion.

An introduction brief

Prepare who to connect, why the introduction may help and what information each person has agreed to share. Draft the introduction for your review.

A follow-through desk

Track the person responsible, agreed next step, reminder date and outcome. Prepare meeting notes and reconnection prompts from your own relationship history.

Make it yours: partner categories, geography, matching rules, sharing preferences, follow-up timing and your style of introduction. Start with an authorized contact list and notes about the relationships you actually know.

Custom build possibilities. Connections come from supplied relationship evidence; the workflow does not invent who knows whom or automatically share contact details.

Shape it around your business

What should land on your desk?

These fields shape a local example. Nothing is submitted until you send your brief below. A new starting point preserves what you have typed.

About this example and live integration

The same building blocks. Your own workflow.

From scattered information to a useful handoff.

We choose the sources, rules and destination to fit the job. Your existing tools and relationships can be the starting point.

Buy-box matching · Refreshed prospect lists · Call and meeting prep · Inquiry routing · Relationship reminders · Market and client briefings · CRM and board handoffs

    01Source

Bring a list, a CRM, inquiries, relationship notes or available data feeds.

    02Clean & deduplicate

Normalize addresses and names. Keep distinct people and properties distinct.

    03Filter & rank

Apply your market, buy box, relevance rules and exclusions.

    04Enrich

Fill useful gaps through authorized sources; keep the source beside the fact.

    05Package

Prepare the brief, call sheet, comparison, draft or client pack.

    06Hand off

Route to the agreed person, review queue or connected system.

    Try a simple rule

Watch a buy box become a shortlist.

Change two criteria and the list updates immediately. This small example filters on asset type and asking price, then sorts the eligible records by price.

FICTIONAL FIXTURESSix invented properties · Not live listings, valuations or investment advice

    Why other records were excluded

Only records with a stated asking price can pass. This demonstration ranks by price, not investment quality. A real project can add your own size, geography and other supported criteria.

      Different people. Different deliverables.

These earlier workflow concepts show why a local realtor and a commercial prospector need different systems.

Mandy’s journal is a published content example. The design audition and Scott’s workflow are historical concepts, not evidence of current integrations. Their market figures, provider claims, performance assumptions, architecture and pricing have not been validated for this project.

What is connected today, and what gets configured for your project?

We scope coverage, access and useful fields before building a live workflow. The interactive examples above use local fictional data; they do not imply all providers or handoffs are connected.

      BatchDataWORKING SANDBOX

Try property search below. The sandbox returns test records; production coverage and dataset access need separate validation.

      Apollo + HunterENGINE ADAPTERS

Company and contact enrichment plus business-email discovery are implemented in the engine. This public page does not run those accounts.

      DealMachinePROPOSED CONNECTION

A candidate for property and owner research. Account access, field mapping and an end-to-end adapter still need validation.

      CRE + flexWORKFLOW DESIGN

The examples above define the intended dossiers. Commercial property rules, owner/occupier matching and live evidence are further integration work.

      Residential + B2BEXISTING ENGINE PATHS

Research, checks and draft review have engine support. Live source coverage and model qualification still determine which runs are ready.

      Try the data connection

      Open the property-data desk.

This is an actual BatchData sandbox connection. Its test records may be unrelated to the market you enter. Use it to inspect the response, available fields and dataset limits. These records do not form a live prospect list.

      Inspect the API request

Up to five records per request. Previewing makes no call to BatchData.

Select Search sandbox to see returned fields. You can also preview the request without calling the provider.

A returned contact or DNC result does not establish permission to contact someone. The sandbox has shared request limits.

      Let’s scope your version

Bring the workflow you wish you had.

Tell us what you want to find, organize or act on. Send the brief you shaped here, and our team can review the sources, tools and next step with you.

Start with one useful output: a shortlist, a follow-up desk, a client pack or something your business needs.

Sending starts a project conversation. It does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing emails.
